GENERAL ENQURIES
1) What is NewGen ToyZ?
We are an online retail shop based in Singapore that sells Exclusive and Collectible Toys. “Come join us and find your Exclusive and Collectible Toys!”
2) Do I need to register?
Yes. Having an account will be easier for you as well; it allows you to enjoy the following benefits:
- To check yours order status online.
- Enjoys free email alerts on new release of merchandises
- Receive rebates for shipping
- Receive gift vouchers or discount coupons on special events.
3) How do I buy from NewGen ToyZ?
We operate with an online shopping cart so basically it’s the same as how you would normally buy from other online retail shops.
4) Can I cancel my order?
You are encouraged to consider carefully before ordering. NewGen ToyZ will not accept any cancellation.
5) What is the period of time that I can withhold my preordered item(s) / purchased item(s)?
We are only able to hold on to your item(s) for a maximum of 1 Month due to our limited storage space. Items not collected within 1 Month will be release to the public for sale (with the deposits forfeited). You can opt for home delivery if you are not able to meet up. (please see Delivery Enquiries for Home Delivery)
6) I did not get a response from NewGen ToyZ.
Kindly check your Junk / SPAM Folder to see if our mail has landed there.
7) Return / Exchange policy of NewGen ToyZ?
We accept exchange of item(s) only if there are missing / incorrect / broken body parts and accessories for figurines; torn / broken / missing parts for all other merchandise.
*Please note that paint job defects on figurines are common irregularities from the manufacturing factory, and we do not accept exchange for cases of imperfect paint jobs such as spot marks, stained marks etc on the figure.
Local Customers
Customers are to check for defects and highlight to us on the spot. Exchange of the same item will be subjected to stock availability. In the case whereby the same item is not available, we will do a full refund.
Overseas Customers
We will take pictures of the purchased item(s) as proof of condition. Any damages to the box or to the item(s) inside during shipping will not be exchangeable or refundable. Please submit claims to the respective shipping company in your country.
Below is the process of exchange / refund
- Customer to check for defects and highlight to us within 24 hours
upon receiving the item. If defect(s) is present upon receiving, please
take a picture of the item(s) and email to us first.
Customer to arrange the defective item(s) to ship back to us. Please note shipping cost back to us will be borne by the customer.
- Shipping cost back to you upon exchange will be borne by us.
In the case whereby exchange of the same item is not available, we will do a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship internationally. We will not be able to determine the shipping fees until the item is paid, packed, and weighed.
- We're giving 25% discount off using FEDEX
Other General Enquires
Delivery / Collection
- Collection will be at Bedok Reservoir after 8pm for weekdays or Bugis MRT station 12pm – 3pm on Sunday. Subjected to availability.
- With a fee of $10, we deliver your item(s) to your doorstep islandwide. Free delivery (1 trip) for spending above $500.
Please note that deliveries are mostly planned at least 1 day in advance to avoid clashes. Therefore, any last minute changes will be subjected to availability. We strive to be punctual but we do need your cooperation! We hope everyone’s deliveries will be pleasant.
